ECO Restoration Service Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 93 084 169 399) was incorporated on 19th September, 1995. ECO Restoration has offices located at Adsto House, 401 New Canterbury Rd., Dulwich Hill, in Sydney.

ECO Restoration was established originally by Stefano Parlangeli as the grantee of a Master Licence Agreement from New York Restoration Service Inc in America. The current management team, along with Stefano, assumed control in 1998.

We have a proven history in cleaning and sealing facades, paving and plazas, graffiti removal and application of graffiti shields, all types of floor and timber restoration for local and state government bodies, commercial building managers and some of Sydney’s finest hotels.

ECO Restoration is primarily involved in the restoration field, with restorative cleaning being a significant part of our business. We achieve this “gentle” cleaning using a combination of methods and, where necessary, biodegradable and water-soluble, ecologically sound cleaning products. Initially, the cleaning solutions were imported from New York, USA, but we now use many Australian made products, as well as those we import from Italy and New Zealand. Our commitment to providing the best service, and achieving the best results possible, leads us to test and trial products from a large pool of suppliers.

Our endeavour, always, is to restore building facades, floors and walls using the simplest, most cost effective and least harmful methods/means available.
ECO Restoration also offers other services - restoration of sandstone, marble, limestone, tessellated tiles etc in old and/or heritage buildings, as well as the re-surfacing and polishing of these surfaces.

We offer safe paint/lead paint removal.

We seal surfaces, including glass, to prevent staining and allow for easier maintenance.
