Opera House Steps
For the first time in 20 + years, the exterior ground areas of the Opera House were cleaned. The original engineers on the Opera House project had to be satisfied that the products and method being used by ECO Restoration to clean the Lower Forecourt, Seawall Seating, Monumental Steps, Upper Forecourt, Stage Door areas and Parking area, were not going to cause any damage in the short or long term.
As a result, Monumental Stairs, Lower Forecourt, External Paving and Sea wall seating were all cleaned by ECO Restoration. Environment and public safety is of paramount concern. Due to the sensitive nature and location of the Opera House, all water was collected and filtered prior to discharge. ECO Restoration has been back to The Sydney Opera House since the works were completed to work on other projects. They produced the same satisfying results and high standard of care of a very sensitive site.
